Every step

Steps 4 to 11 are part of Pro. Pro opens every screen of every template, live in each style, and the SwiftUI to build them.
- Settings
Settings opens on Sam's profile block. On the free plan, the first row offers Pro with seven days free.
- Upgrade To Pro
Upgrade to Pro opens the paywall from first run. Choosing Monthly moves the block to it, and the button reads Continue, with no trial.
- Cadence Pro
Once the App Store confirms the purchase, the ring and check land and the paywall closes.
- Settings
The profile now wears the Pro sticker, and the first row manages the monthly plan, renewing Oct 16, 2026.
- Settings
Further down are reminders and quiet hours, the theme and appearance, export and the habit count, then help and privacy.
- Appearance
Appearance sets Cadence and its widget to follow the system, or to stay light or dark.
- Theme
Theme switches between Candy, Studio and Graphic, previewed on a sample card, with the appearance under it.
- Export History
Export history shares every check-in as a CSV: 521 check-ins across seven habits.
- Settings
Sign Out, at the foot of the page, asks first. The habits stay on this iPhone.
- Settings
The sheet shows its progress while Cadence signs out.
- Small Things, Every Day
Signed out, Cadence returns to the first welcome page.
