Questions before you buy

What is SwiftPieces Pro?

SwiftPieces Pro is a paid SwiftUI UI kit: 54 screens, 48 flows and 12 app templates for iOS. It is $199 once, and the source lands in your Xcode project.

You also get the Build Kit (14 styles, 9 briefs, 5 recipes and 2 tools) and lifetime access to what is added later. It runs on iOS 17.0 and later.

Is it worth paying for SwiftUI templates instead of building them yourself?

It is worth $199 when your app needs onboarding, a paywall, sign in, settings, or a finished app structure that is already built in SwiftUI. You are paying once for that source instead of designing and wiring those flows yourself.

Whether it is worth it depends on how many of those flows you would otherwise build. The free components on swiftpieces.com are a separate library and do not include these screens, flows or app templates.

What is free on swiftpieces.com, and what is Pro?

The free library on swiftpieces.com is open source SwiftUI components. SwiftPieces Pro, on pro.swiftpieces.com, is the paid screens, flows, app templates and Build Kit.

Pro also raises the playground limits on swiftpieces.com: all 34 playground apps can be remixed (5 are open without Pro), and an account can keep up to 100 remixes instead of 5.

Can I use SwiftPieces Pro in client and commercial apps?

Yes. The license is a per-developer commercial license for unlimited personal and commercial apps, including client work.

Do not resell or redistribute the source as a template or UI kit. Build Kit text has the same limit: use it in your own apps and your clients' apps, and do not share, resell or publish that text. Purchases are final.

How is SwiftPieces Pro delivered, and how do updates work?

Screens and blocks install with the CLI or a coding agent over MCP, and each app template downloads as an Xcode project. Lifetime access includes what is added to the library later.

One license key works for the CLI and for MCP. There is no subscription. Access is tied to your account and does not expire. The steps are on /docs/installation.

Does SwiftPieces Pro support iOS 26 Liquid Glass?

Yes. Pieces target iOS 17.0 and later. Liquid Glass is used on iOS 26, with a material fallback on earlier versions and when Reduce Transparency is on.

Screens that use Liquid Glass need the iOS 26 SDK to compile. The fallback is automatic at runtime. Theming is documented on /docs/theming.

Is SwiftPieces Pro SwiftUI or UIKit?

SwiftPieces Pro is SwiftUI. The screens, blocks and templates are SwiftUI source on Apple frameworks, with no third-party dependencies.

It does not include UIKit templates. You copy the SwiftUI into your own app and edit it there.

Does the SwiftUI paywall use StoreKit 2?

The Purchase screen is a complete StoreKit 2 paywall. The standalone Paywall screen is the layout only, and you connect it to your own billing.

Each of the 12 app templates includes a purchase store on StoreKit 2. See /library/screens/glass-paywall-screen for the wired purchase screen and /library/screens/glass-paywall for the layout.

Where are the SwiftUI onboarding, login and settings templates?

Onboarding is /library/screens/onboarding-flow, plus a first-run flow in each of the 12 app templates. That first run includes an account step and a paywall.

Login screens are at /library/patterns/auth. Each template includes Sign in with Apple, and Wayfare also verifies a phone number. Settings are /library/screens/settings-screen, the patterns at /library/patterns/settings, and a profile and settings flow in each template. All 48 flows are at /library/flows.

How does SwiftPieces Pro compare with other SwiftUI kits?

Pro is one payment of $199 for SwiftUI screens, flows and 12 complete Xcode projects, with lifetime updates and a commercial license for client work.

Compare it by whether those flows match the app you are building. This site does not publish ratings or a ranked list of other kits. Individual components, separately, are the free library at swiftpieces.com.
