Pip, the coach, says hello in three languages and promises five minutes a day. Get started opens the questions.
- Pick A Language
Spanish, French and Italian sit on tactile tiles with their flags and how big each course is. Spanish is picked, and Continue saves it.
- Why You're Learning
Every reason that applies can be picked, and each chip takes the accent. Travel and Culture are picked here; Continue stays off until one is.
- Your Level
Three levels rise from Starting out to I can chat, drawn as one to three bars. Starting out shows as A1 on the passport.
- Pick A Daily Goal
Four goals run from five to twenty minutes a day at three XP a minute. Regular sets a target of 30 XP a day.
- Set A Reminder
The reminder is drawn as it will arrive, over four times of day with Evening at 7:00 PM picked. Remind me asks iOS, and Not now skips ahead.
- Allow Notifications
Remind me brings up the system alert while its key waits. Allow schedules one reminder a day at the picked time; here it is declined.
- Reminder Declined
Declined, Pip winces and says reminders can be turned on in Settings later. The times grey out and Continue moves on.
- Sign In
An account keeps the streak, stars and stamps safe. Sign in with Apple, or continue without an account and keep everything on this iPhone.
- Sign In With Apple
The system sheet shows the name and email Apple shares, or hides the email. Continue signs in and moves on to Parla Plus.
- Parla Plus
Parla Plus opens every unit, unlimited reviews and every theme. Yearly is picked with its free week; Start my free week starts it, and the close key skips Plus.
- Purchasing
Start my free week hands the purchase to the App Store; the plans and the key wait until it answers.
- You're In
A purchase ends in confetti with Pip cheering, and first run is done.
- The Path
First run lands on Learn, here on the sample progress the template seeds: the path rests on Asking directions, with a 12-day streak and 0 of 30 XP today.
