First Run SwiftUI Flow

Wayfare opens on three pages of drawn art, the first about guides written for a week away. Continue or a swipe moves on; Skip jumps to the end.

The second page turns a guide into a day-by-day plan. The pill above the button fills as you go.

The last page is booking a stay in a swipe. Continue becomes Get started and Skip goes away.

Location puts you on the map and turns distances into walking times, only while the app is open. Allow location asks iOS; Not now skips it.

iOS asks with Wayfare's reason and a map. Allow While Using App shows “You're on the map” and moves on to the account.

An account keeps plans, bookings and saved places in sync and lets you share an itinerary. Sign in with Apple, use a phone number, or keep everything on this iPhone.

Continue with Apple raises Apple's sheet to share or hide your email, and signing in goes straight to the paywall. Close it to use a phone number instead.

Continue with phone number asks for the number, the country in a block beside it. Send code texts six digits.

The code step opens with the number pad up and the code from Messages above it. One tap fills all six boxes.

Accepted, the boxes fill in block by block and Continue moves on to Wayfare Plus. The number is kept for the account.

Wayfare Plus adds unlimited trips, offline guides, travel alerts and every theme. The yearly plan starts with a free week; the close button keeps the free plan.

Start free trial hands over to the App Store, and the button shows progress until the purchase is verified.

A ring draws and a check lands, then the paywall closes and first run is recorded as done.

The app opens on Discover. A phone account has no name, so the greeting is plain and the monogram is a G.
